La defensora de derechos humanos de Venezuela denunció el desplazamiento forzado a Colombia de más de tres mil venezolanos que se encontraban en el municipio Páez del estado Apure, ”y que han tenido que desplazarse forzadamente por la frontera”.
“Esto evidentemente ha generado el incremento de la crisis humanitaria compleja que vivimos en el país, y su desplazamiento genera grave violación de Derechos Humanos. También incrementa la crisis que se está viviendo en la frontera colombo-venezolana y el terrible estado en que se encuentran los migrantes venezolanos”, expuso.
Solórzano destacó que era una situación previsible y que en muchas oportunidades denunció que esta realidad se debe al «amparo otorgado por el régimen que usurpa el poder en Venezuela a grupos disidentes de las FARC, que se niegan al proceso de pacificación en Colombia».
La presidente de Encuentro Ciudadano se puso a disposición de las víctimas para atender sus testimonios y denuncias, “y elevar esto ante las instancias internacionales correspondientes”.
“Cuenten con nosotros, cada venezolano y sepan que no están solos, porque nuestra lucha por la libertad, por la democracia y por la seguridad ciudadana es un compromiso que no va a concluir hasta que logremos obtener esos objetivos: libertad, seguridad y democracia en nuestra nación”, aseguró Delsa Solórzano.
