Diputado Otto Piñero: Revisaremos los procedimientos utilizados para cambiar los nombres de parroquias

El diputado del Consejo Legislativo del Estado Zulia (Clez), Otto Piñero, informó que desde el Parlamento regional investigarán lo cambios de nombres de algunas parroquias que se hicieron en algunos municipios del estado.

“Sabemos la inquietud que existe en los municipios, como Lagunillas o Cabimas, donde se cambiaron nombres de algunas de sus parroquias. Nosotros responsablemente diremos que revisaremos los procedimiento que se realizaron para el cambio de esos nombres para no decir nosotros de buenas a primeras ‘esos nombres los vamos a cambiar’”, indicó el legislador.

Piñero, quien desde hoy preside la recién juramentada comisión para el Estado Comunal, la Geometría del Poder y Soberanía del estado, acompañado de Edgar Antúnez, vicepresidente de la delegación; Ángela Fernández, miembro de la misma, destacó que revisarán que hicieron en la gestión pasada del Clez, cómo fue ese cambio de nombre, cuál fue la justificación para que un nombre se cambiara por otro y evitar que sea la utilización política lo que privó para el cambio de esos nombres.

“Por ejemplo en el municipio Cabimas se cambió el nombre de la parroquia Rómulo Betancourt a Hugo Chávez y el nombre de la parroquia Arístides Calvani por el nombre de Miguel Lara, un diputado, un legislador en ejercicio, entonces esas cosas las revisaremos así como en Ciudad Ojeda que se cambió el nombre de Ciudad Ojeda y se le colocó generalísimo Rafael Urdaneta”, explicó.

La comisión para el Estado Comunal, la Geometría del Poder y Soberanía del estado se encarga de todo lo relacionado al ordenamiento legal o legislativo de lo que tiene que ver con los Consejos Comunales y el Estado Comunal, así como la Geometría del Poder y la Soberanía Territorial del estado, es decir que aborda todo lo referentes a la división político – territorial de los municipios, parroquias y el estado.

Informó que también investigará todo lo referente al tema de la frontera con Colombia, lo que pasa en la frontera, diáspora, el cierre de la frontera y todo lo demás así como la mancomunidad entre las regiones y los estados fronterizos Mérida, Táchira, Falcón, Lara y Trujillo.

“Primeramente apoyaremos la iniciativa que el gobernador Manuel Rosales anunció el Día de la Zulianidad que es el censo digital de nuestra diáspora, normándola en sentido de todos los datos familiares o de nuestros compañeros connacionales que han tenido que migrar por una u otra razón, como su nombre y apellido, cómo se fueron, dónde llegaron, si están estudiando, si están laborando, cuál fue la forma salir esa iniciativa del gobernador”, agregó el diputado Piñero.

Además informó que la comisión irá a la frontera, específicamente a Maicao, Colombia, para visualizar qué sucede allá porque existen innumerables denuncias en cuanto a la matraca, el paso por las trochas y saber de qué otras formas transitan las personas a través del paso fronterizo.
