Capturan a un Cpbez con 943 envoltorios de droga

En horas de la tarde de este martes, tras arduos trabajos de inteligencia entre funcionarios del Cuerpo de Policía Bolivariana del estado Zulia (Cpbez) adscritos al Centro de Coordinación Policial Maracaibo Sur y del Instituto Autónomo Policía Municipal de San Francisco (Polisur) de servicio en la Coordinación de Investigación y Procesamiento Policial se dio un duro golpe a las mafias dedicadas a la ventas y distribución de drogas en la entidad, con la captura de Freddy Elías Caldera Quintero de 26 años de edad, quien movilizaba más de 934 envoltorios de presunta Marihuana, Crack y Cocaína.

A través de información confirmada por el Comisionado Jefe Sergio Villasmil director general del Cpbez y del Comisionado Jefe Jorge Luis Sará, director de Polisur, la comisión venía realizando trabajos de inteligencia junto a las comunidades con relación a las bandas que operan en la parroquia Luís Hurtado Higuera de la capital zuliana con la venta y distribución de sustancias ilícita que atentan contra la salud y tranquilidad de los jóvenes y adolescentes.

La investigación los condujo a la ubicación de dos delincuentes con la mismas características aportadas, estos se trasladaban en una moto, marca RKV 200, color azul, al notar la presencia policial emprendieron veloz huida, lo que dio pasó a un seguimiento que culminó en el sector El Gaitero, parroquia Luís Hurtado Higuera señaló comisionado jefe del Cpbez, Sergio Villasmil.

Durante el recorrido, uno de los sindicados logró darse a la fuga, mientras que Caldera Quintero fue capturado; al realizar la inspección de rutina, le fue incautado un frasco de vidrio cuyo contenido consistía en 897 envoltorios de presunto Crack con un peso de 132.2 gramos, 36 de Marihuana con 35.8 gramos y uno de cocaína de 11.9 gramos, comentó Jorge Luís Sará, director de Polisur.

Se conoció que Caldera Quintero era funcionario activo del Cpbez, graduado en el último curso de inducción, con menos de 5 meses menos de ingreso en periodo de prueba; cabe señalar que los funcionarios se encuentran activos con las labores de inteligencia para dar con el paradero del fugado y del resto de los integrantes de la banda.

Por otra parte, Sará destacó que los directores de los diferentes cuerpos de policía están coordinando de manera mancomunada para darle respuesta de forma inmediata en materia de seguridad a las comunidades y combatir así el delito, tanto interno como externo.

Asimismo el comisionado Villasmil recalcó que dentro de las instituciones no se puede permitir este tipo de oficiales delinquiendo de una manera indiscriminada afectando a los niños niñas y adolescentes que hacen vida en la región.
